• SEQ will use its reasonable endeavours to provide Services, which are not free, in a professional manner in accordance with your written instructions and the Service Terms.
• SEQ will only offer Services at such times as it reasonably can, using its existing systems, computer hardware and software and may change or cancel any Service at any time.
• You must provide correct and complete details required or prompted for any Service.
• If you do not think that a Service is appropriate or correct for you, for example because a standardised service or product does not fit your circumstances, you must notify SEQ in writing before ordering or seek professional advice on the matter.
• You must follow any instructions or Terms of Use applicable to a particular Service.

SEQ supplies the Services subject to a standardised format and gives no warranty as to suitability for particular circumstances. Provision of the Service fulfils all of SEQ's obligations.
